Red iPhone 7, 128GB iPhone SE Expected To Be Announced At The March iPad Event!

Red-iPhone-7
There was a rumour toward the end of last year that an extra colour option was coming to the iPhone 7. A red colour option was rumoured to be added to the current line of the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. This may be part of Apples (RED) initiative.
Apple this year marks the 10th anniversary of supporting (RED) in the fight to end AIDS. The money raised by (RED) funds programs that offer counselling, testing, prevention and, most crucially, the life-saving ARV medication that prevents the transmission of HIV from mothers to their unborn babies. Apple added a few more (RED) products last year like a (RED) iPhone 7 Battery Case, Apple Watch bands etc.
A new report according to a trusted Japanese blog Macotakara, which cites a research note from Barclays, Apple might soon launch a red iPhone 7. Some people would rightly point out that Apple has had a red iPhone before, the iPhone 5c, but that was a plastic iPhone.
The same rumor first surfaced a few months ago from Apples supply chain, with the same Japanese blog reporting it first.
Apple will supposedly unveil the red iPhone 7 during its iPad event this March. Macotakara also notes that Apple might announce a small but significant update for the iPhone SE as well. Apparently, a 128GB iPhone SE will be released following the show, which might better serve the needs of buyers who arent satisfied by the 16GB or 64GB versions that are currently selling in stores. It is happy to see that Apple at least is continuing to support the small form factor. Its unclear whether the iPhone SE will see any other upgrades or price changes this year.
The Barclays investment note said:
According to the information source, at the iPad Pro announcement event held in March, 2017, it seems that 128GB model would be possibly added to the models with the storage capacity variations, which are 16 GB, 64 GB, of iPhone SE.
The red iPhone 7 and 128GB iPhone SE should be available soon after their official announcement, if this rumor pans out.
The report notes that a brand new 10.5-inch iPad Pro will also be unveiled at the show, but it wont hit stores until sometime in May. The 10.5-inch iPad is expected by some to join new 7.9-inch, 9.7-inch, and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models, while other reports have stated that it may replace the 9.7-inch iPad Pro and be roughly the same size, but with smaller bezels around a screen that occupies more of the tablets face.
