We've already seen, used and reviewed the Huawei Ascend P7 but that hasn't stopped another one from coming to market. This time with sapphire glass. During our review of the original we found that the glass front and back was a little prone to scratching, but that shouldn't be the case with this one.
Case in point, during the Huawei IFA CEO, Richard Yu, produced a knife on stage and started trying to scratch the hell out of the front of the phone – then thankfully put the knife away. The back is no longer glass, it's some kind of ceramic material and as such you get a very different, very shiny finish. Oh, and the frame has a rose gold color finish now, which actually goes really nicely.
Otherwise, it's a Huawei Ascend P7. Check out some more pictures below.
